You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item — in which case the restocking fee will also be waived.
The following items are not eligible for return: items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition; items returned more than 30 days after delivery; and items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, log in to your account and view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Click the "Return Item(s)" button and follow the instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email with the status of your refund.
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund. This includes 5–10 business days for transit back to our facility, 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return, and 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund. In many cases, refunds are processed faster than this estimate.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@healthylivingsimple.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
At Healthy Living Simple, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
When you place an order, estimated shipping costs and delivery dates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping rates for many of our products are weight-based. The weight of each item is listed on its product detail page, and all weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. If you believe your package has been lost, contact us at hello@drlisao.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We ship to most international destinations worldwide. However, some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to customs regulations or carrier limitations.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees assessed by their destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and will be collected separately by customs or the delivery carrier upon arrival. Healthy Living Simple has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary widely by country. We strongly encourage you to contact your local customs office prior to placing your order to understand what fees may apply.
Some international shipments may be held at your country's customs facility and will require you, the recipient, to claim the package directly. It is your responsibility to monitor any customs notifications and claim your shipment in a timely manner. Failure to claim a package from customs may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed, and Healthy Living Simple cannot guarantee a refund in such cases.
By completing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance requirements.
