Wellness Tips: Taking Good Care of Yourself
It can seem impossible to live healthy in a world where it's so easy to grab fast food for dinner, stay up late binging Netflix, and then grab an "energy" drink for a mid-day pick me up when we are exhausted.
But I promise you: it is possible! And it will be worth it. You have to make conscious choices to live healthily—it takes time to prepare fresh food, and sometimes great willpower to shut off the TV when the cliffhanger is pulling you in. But trust me, your body, mind, and soul will thank you!
There are many changes you can make in your life that will improve your health! Here are a few:
𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘁
This is not east, in fact, it is probably one of the tougher things you will do. Sugar is very addictive, more addictive than cocaine, but removing it from your life will make one of the most significant differences in your health.

The more processes a “food” goes through before it is sold to consumers, the fewer vitamins and minerals it contains. This means that the more processed foods you consume, the fewer vitamins you are consuming. Even those with the healthiest of diets need to supplement with some vitamins, but if your diet is less than healthy, you may want to look even further into it.

This is simple. Eat organic fresh foods, the fewer processes they have gone through, the better they are for you!

Keeping your body in alignment is key to nerve function and immune health. When you are in alignment your body is at its best to heal itself!
𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫!
I cannot stress this enough. Every cell in your body needs water to function properly. When they are not properly hydrated they can mutate, die early and create dis-ease within your body.

To get the best sleep possible, keep screens out of your bedroom (and turn them off at least an hour prior to hitting the sheets) and stick to a schedule. Sleep is the time when your body best heals and recuperates from the day, make it a priority!
It's time to take care of you!
